Level 2 Financial Control - CIB

Evidence and supporting framework for Level 1 (reporting) teams across Regulatory Reporting, LEC/Financial Reporting, Treasury, Performance MI.

• Submitting control plans to cover classification, impairment, balance sheet substantiation, hedging across 20 entities
• Quarter end deadlines to support the above closely
• Summaries and conclusion of what needs to be covered/coordinate
• Diversity of stakeholders from Tax, to Reg, to Finance/LEC
• Tackle technical standards like IFRS 9 and engage new products to challenge new regulatory / BoE requirements
• Projects and flow of data methodology a good to have - not essential - will drive impact analysis across reporting/ledgers.

Profile

• Control focused, investigative mind, able to look closely at risk and make conclusions
• Audit Background (Big 4) with a move to Banking in one of: Financial Control, Internal Audit, Operational Risk, Data Projects, Treasury
• Qualified ACA / CA
• Ability to handle deep-dives

Job Offer

• £55,000 to £75,000 base
