About the company

Our client is a financial services company with a strong track record of performance. This contract has become available through some recent growth which has created the need for an experienced financial analyst to join their team.

About the role

They are seeking a switched-on Senior analyst who has extensive experience with business stakeholder engagement, P&L management, business unit activity analysis as well as EOM reporting, forecasting and modelling.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Support the Senior Management to meet the management reporting requirements for the group.
  • Development of forecasts, budgets, models and financial plans.
  • Maintain and update forecast models to accurately represent the businesses.
  • Ensure that the integrity of monthly and quarterly financial and management reporting processes aremaintained.
  • Deliver process improvement in reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Provide Ad-hoc analysis on the financial performance of the business.

About you

The ideal candidate must have strong experience with not only analytical and problem solving roles but also with managing and fostering relationships with business stakeholders, clients and team members.

In addition to this you will have:
  • CA or CPA qualification or equivalent
  • Microsoft suite, Advanced Excel and modelling knowledge
  • TM1 and Power BI experince highly desirable
  • Capability to manipulate and pull large data into insightful reporting
  • Experience with financial services industry would be desirable
