- Preparation of monthly financial statements - Income Statement, Balance Sheet & Cash flow
- Comparison of Actuals with Budgets and last year numbers, and working out trends and Variance analysis
- MIS reporting - Sales & Margin reports, Manpower, Overtime etc.
- Weekly cash flow analysis along with variances Capex Analysis, Cost control / reduction initiatives, Working as a business partner for process improvements / new developments
- To assist various department heads with understanding the financial reports and different aspects
- Prepare reports as and when required by management
