My client, an insurance company based in Dublin City Centre is seeking an Accounts Assistant/Insurance administrator for a 6 month contract. Job Description: ·         Production of the monthly technical insurance accounts ·         Input Premiums ·         Commission & IPT monthly cash amounts received for each commercial partner into the appropriate template ·         Perform data accuracy/completeness control checks, investigate any differences and correct as appropriate ·         Re-format the Reserving data received from the Actuarial team for each commercial partner & product and copy data into the appropriate template ·         Perform data accuracy/completeness control checks, investigate any differences and correct as appropriate ·         Provide support to the Accounts Assistant in the management of accounts payable & accounts receivable including ·         Inputting the cash receipts/payments ·         Provide admin support for the cheque payment run Requirements: ·         Experience in admin/accounts ·         Strong numeric skill ·         Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential ·         Strong attention to detail ·         Ability to work to deadlines Salary €30k
