Our client is Dublin based Company. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Receivable Accounts Assistant to join their team. The main responsibilities will focus on the Accounts Receivable and credit control, whilst assisting with Accounts Payable.   This role reports directly to the Finance Director Core Responsibilities :   ·         Management of Accounts Receivable ledger ·         Posting cash receipts ·         follow up of overdue debtors ·         Generation of Invoices, ·         Issuing sales invoices ·         Issuing statements & credit notes ·         Managing customer & supplier queries by email and phone ·         Generation of reports  ·         Ensuring accurate records are maintained ·         Other administration and finance adhoc duties as required ·         Assisting with Accounts Payable: matching, coding & processing of invoicing     Qualifications and experience required:   ·    Previous experience in a similar role ·    Strong communication  & customer service skills ·    Experience with Microsoft office suite & Sage ·    Outgoing positive nature ·    Adaptable and ability to operate in a busy fast paced environment
