This position is a temporary position with 6-8 weeks relief. Overview: Bring accounts to trial balance for an external accountant VAT Returns Knowledge of Payroll, Income Tax, Corporation, CGT/CAT and VAT Track expenses and process expense reports Reconcile accounts payable transactions Maintain vendor files/ payments Provide supporting documentation for audits Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly refunds to clients. Reconciliation of client bank accounts. Posting and allocating of payments to debtors account. General Bookkeeping duties. Other accounting duties as requested. Experience: 2 years plus experience in bookkeeping or experience as an Accounts Technician or Accounts Assistant. Knowledge of general accounting procedures Knowledge of accounting software Have very good communication interpersonal and communication skills Fluent English
