Description

Senior Credit Controller Responsibilities:

  • Sole responsibility for ledger of £2-3 million per month across 300 accounts
  • Maintain aged debts across a national Automotive company
  • Chasing of customer debts via telephone and email
  • Pro-actively monitor invoice collections
  • Undertake any ad hoc administration duties to ensure the smooth running of the department when and as required
  • Evaluate accounts for debt collection and legal action, escalate where appropriate to the Credit Manager
  • Answer queries and enquiries from internal and external customers.
  • Provide holiday and sickness cover for other members of credit control team.

Profile

Senior Credit Controller Requirements:

  • Several years' experience in a similar role
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • The ability to manage workload under pressure
  • Outstanding communicator with strong telephony skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent team work skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
