Graduate Executive, Property Finance

Key Accountabilities

• Supporting the team with all aspects of executing transactions and portfolio management; including reporting and collating materials for presentations
• Providing assistance in the due diligence of new transactions and ensuring all documentation is obtained and returned
• Conducting research for potential transactions including the analysis of specific markets and sectors as appropriate
• Taking ownership for editing, formatting and binding packs and presentations for regular Investment Committee and Board meetings
• Managing the monthly monitoring process and liaising with external surveyors to gather relevant information
• Supporting client/relationship management of internal and external stakeholders
• Working closely with Team Assistants, Associates and Executives within the business as a wider team to create an effective and collaborative network
• Acting as the main point of contact for incoming calls, as well as dealing with queries from key stakeholders
• Diary management and arranging travel requirements
• Ad hoc duties as requested from time to time

Knowledge and Experience

• Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
• Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• A genuine interest and ambition to learn and develop within the property sector
