Financial Accountant - 6 Month Contract
Financial Accountant (6 Month Contract)
The Opportunity
Fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team, this is a great opportunity to gain exposure within a well known house hold name and to help alleviate the teams work load.
Responsibilities
Maintain the general ledger including timely res of balance sheet accounts
Assisy the financial control manager for accounting and monthly GL close
Prepare intercompany reconciliations and transactions
Liase with business, head office and auditors with SOX
About You
Minimum 2 years' experience in a financial control/and or reporting role
Banking/Financial Services experience
CA/CPA qualified
Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding and interpretation of accounting standards (AASBs)
