My client, an innovative and tech savvy bank are looking for administrators to join their team in Dublin 2 on a rolling temp contract basis for an exciting campaign.  The Role:   The successful candidate will be a part of a sales and administration team. This contract will be a rolling temp contract which each the candidate will be responsible for administration work, inbound and outbound call activity and managing tasks from the application process of account openings. Key Duties & Responsibilities: The purpose of this role is to provide a comprehensive service to customers and to ensure the smooth processing of their Student Current Account application.   Key responsibilities include: Opening student current account Providing follow up to applications made through the online and mobile application. Chasing outstanding AML documentation required to activate the accounts. Providing a comprehensive and professional service to clients. Ensuring the highest service level throughout the process. Provide each client with a personal point of contact and ensure the smooth processing of applications from initial inquiry.   Knowledge, Education & Experience: Experience within a similar environment would be of benefit but not a requirement. Customer service experience essential either over the phone or face to face. Essential Skills & Abilities Candidates must be extremely flexible in terms of working hours and should be available for an immediate start Proven excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail are essential for this role. Strong communication skills with an ability to deal with all levels of management in a confident and professional manner.
