FP&A Manager - Supply Chain We are currently looking to recruit a FP&A Manager to join our EMEA FP&A team. Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for being objective and strategic financial partners, leading collaborative cross-functional effort to drive relevant, flexible and efficient financial planning and analysis that supports our key business decisions. In this specific appointment, the successful candidate will assist our Supply Chain Business Partners in running the global operation. Based in our office in Dublin, Ireland and reporting to the EMEA Finance VP, you will be responsible for the following: Essential Functions and Responsibilities Analyzes business trends Leads and aligns financial forecasts and long range planning processes with our business leaders. Drives business value by providing financial and analytical counsel to facilitate decision-marking around strategic business initiatives. Prepares monthly financial reporting including variance and financial statement analysis. Able to clearly communicate a cohesive and concise story around business drivers behind financial data and potential implications on future results. Assist in building out standard process for international regions and international President Manages annual budget processes, incorporating business initiatives, economic trends and operational effectiveness. Aligns budget to business strategies and gains alignment from business partners. Identifies opportunities to drive revenue growth, margin expansion and a more favorable mix (i.e., driving preferred products and services). Understands market dynamics and competitors. Conducts complex analysis, synthesizes and summarizes implications to business, influencing business partners using analytics and business understanding. Identifies and executes upon process improvement opportunities. Demonstrates proficiency of technical tools and financial systems. Serves as an objective financial steward with an enterprise perspective, safeguarding our company's assets. Ensures strong controls are in place and the company's intellectual property is protected. Business partner with U.S. segment consolidations teams to ensure international regional data is accurately being represented Business partner with all regional finance teams to understand drivers for actuals, forecast and budget Manage the annual budget and long-range planning processes, incorporating business initiatives, economic trends and operational effectiveness. Aligns budget to business strategies by partnering with business leaders. Analyzes & develops reporting and analysis tools to evaluate and develop actionable data to communicate progress against key initiatives. Drive channel expansion projects internationally and build out reporting capabilities for international business partners Lead and develop high performing team of 2-3 What is expected from you? Bachelor's degree in Finance or related discipline, CIMA qualification an advantage Languages: fluency in English is a must; another EU language is bonus 8+ years' experience in Financial Planning & Analysis Previous International exposure and Business Partnering experience Experience partnering a supply chain organisation a definite advantage Ability to lead multiple projects Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals Recommends new practices, processes, metrics, or models Works on or may lead complex projects of large scope Projects may have significant and long-term impact Provides solutions which may set precedent Independently determines method for completion of new projects Other systems used: Tableau, SAP Prior supervisory experience The Company Headquartered in Dublin, Ohio, Cardinal Health (NYSE: CAH) is a health care services company that improves the cost-effectiveness of healthcare.
