Client Services Officer
My Client - a leading financial services firm has a requirement for a Client Services Officer to join the Client Management team. In this role you will assist with the client management strategy implementation, and growth of both internal and external client base, with stakeholder management being a key necessity. You will also coordinate and maintain client retention efforts for your portfolio that may be at risk in tandem with product management, service delivery and sales managers to ensure high client satisfaction. Responsibilities: Management of credit, FX documentation and broader banking process as required. Manage the administration within the Client Management team. Provide Board Management support including board report production. To be involved in marketing and events ensuring proper visibility with clients. Support the business implementation team with re-structures and other client change. Organise and support the business around due diligence visits from clients and investors. Requirements: Relationship focussed approach with a drive to service clients' needs. Be able to run with specific projects that involve input from the management team. Strong understanding of global fund services industry. Solid oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, as part of a team and to tight deadlines. I.T. literate with a proficiency in MS Office. The salary for this role is negotiable depending on experience. Non E.U. Citizens applying must hold a Stamp 4 Visa.
