Client Services Manager
My Client - a leading financial services firm has a requirement for a Client Services Manager to join the Client Management team. In this role you will responsible for client management strategy implementation, and growth of both internal and external client base, with stakeholder management being a key necessity. You will also coordinate and maintain client retention efforts for your portfolio that may be at risk in tandem with product management, service delivery and sales managers to ensure high client satisfaction. Requirements: Build relationships with key decision makers and directors and other industry influencers. Negotiate financial terms for existing and repeat business for the assigned client base. Review client profitability and develop strategy to meet targets. Sell repeat business into existing clients by ensuring their needs are understood and met. Ensure that all services provided to clients are appropriately positioned and executed. Coordinate and manage due diligence visits from clients and investors. Responsibilities: Working knowledge of client management, implementation, development or senior operational leadership. Ability to work across the organisation collaboratively, whilst working to tight deadlines. Client facing, with strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to demonstrate high levels of industry knowledge. Fully proficient in understanding the regulations that drive the securities services. Sound understanding of controls, risk management and mitigation techniques. The salary for this role is negotiable depending on experience. Non E.U. Citizens applying must hold a Stamp 4 Visa.
