Financial Planning Manager
I am currently working with a well known charity in Maidstone who are seeking a Financial Planning Manager.
My client are a charity that do truly amazing work. They have recently merged with another charity and require an experienced accountant to fulfil this newly created role.
The role involves the following:
To develop and maintain effective procedures and documentation regarding tendering, financial modelling and other analytical processes throughout the organisation.
To manage, develop and improve the Group's financial appraisal, and business planning models to ensure that they are fit for purpose, fully documented and consistently applied.
To lead the design of financial modelling templates.
To produce costings for new business and undertake sensitivity analysis to measure impact on the long term financial business plan.
To work in partnership with the Group Financial Controller to produce costings for spot contracts, individual budgets, individual service funds etc. to ensure that the impact of any changes to existing contracts are reflected in the business plan.
Provide analysis to support Group Directors in assessing business performance and evaluating options for decision making, providing financial projections with graphical illustrations to support numerical information.
To oversee the production of costings for tenders, undertake sensitivity analysis to measure the impact on the long term financial plans and cash flows.
You will be:
- Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Able to analyse complex information.
- Have the ability to communicate effectively.
- Have strong Excel skills including Macros.
