Description

Provide Accounting and banking support for 24 European facilities with an annual spending that will exceed $7MUSD. Directly responsible for payment approval, banking control and monthly financial reporting for each property. Annual budgeting is closely aligned with monthly financial reporting. Expected to partner with the client to ensure accurate financial forecasting and the related accruals. Payment processing requires an understanding of the European markets varies VAT requirements.

Fully utilising the ERP system, Yardi is a key technical aspect of this role. With the scope of this expected supporting covering some many different locations, the ability to effectively work remotely from your business partners is a key expectation.

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Professional finance qualification - ACA/ACCA/CIMA
• University degree
• Working knowledge of using YARDI
• Working knowledge of UK GAAP & IFRS standards
• Experience of preparing statutory accounts & management accounts
