Today's highly complex investigation and litigation environments, along with technological evolutions in areas such as big data, cloud and the pervasiveness of social media, continue to present challenges to the eDiscovery practitioner. Delivering quality services to our clients in an ever changing environment will demand you to continually craft and adapt bespoke solutions for our clients. Often we need to go ‘above and beyond' the technologies and techniques that are readily available in the Forensic Technology marketplace. As an Assistant Manager within our team, you will actively seek to meet such challenges with energy, creativity and enthusiasm.

Your role

The eDiscovery team processes, analyses and produces a variety of data types in response to regulator requests, litigation procedures or investigations. We support corporates and their legal teams throughout the document review process helping to shape the review strategy and leveraging advancements in technology to gain efficiencies and reduce the cost of review. We utilise industry leading software platforms, supplemented with our in-house developed enhancements and our extensive experience in the effective deployment of the tools, to meet the most challenging and wide reaching data discovery requests.

Using cutting edge technology, you will work alongside specialists drawn from a wide range of backgrounds, to deliver high quality eDiscovery services that enable our clients to meet their data disclosure obligations.

Leading a small project team or supporting a Senior Manager on larger project teams, we will rely on you to take responsibility for delivery of one or more components of the project, deploying your technical skills in innovative ways or managing more junior team members across the eDiscovery lifecycle.

Your base will be a Deloitte London office, however travel will be required for client based projects. We work across a number of different industries with a variety of clients in locations across Europe and the globe.


Core hours are 35 per week. This is a permanent role. We do encourage careful consideration of agile ways of working, both formal and informal arrangements that allow for the best outcomes for our people and our clients. Your professional experience

We need bright people with a novel and technology-driven approach. You will have experience working on projects for external clients or customers and you will enjoy motivating and sharing knowledge with junior team members to further develop their skills. To be considered, you must have the following skills and experience:

Experience of the full EDRM lifecycle
A good commercial awareness of the wider Forensic Technology industry
A 2:2 Bachelor's degree or above in a technical subject with a significant Computing element, or equivalent relevant experience.
A track record of excellence in project-based delivery
Knowledge of forensic protocols (e.g. chain of custody, ACPO guidelines)
Working knowledge of Nuix, Relativity Processing, LAW PreDiscovery or similar
Strong experience with any enterprise document review platform (preferably Relativity) and its analytics capabilities
Hands-on experience of managing effective and efficient document reviews
The availability and willingness to work abroad

The following will be considered an advantage:

Nuix eDiscovery Specialist, Relativity Certified Administrator or other relevant forensic or technical certifications
Knowledge of Brainspace
SQL scripting skills
Working knowledge of EnCase
Knowledge of audio data and voice analytics software
