A successful company is seeking a Full Time Accounts Assistant to join its Finance team located in Dublin, Ireland. The successful applicant will be part of a small friendly team, reporting to the Finance Director. Key responsibilities include: Weekly Bank Reconciliation Preparing, distributing and processing credit card reconciliations Preparing General Ledger, Journals and Balance Sheet Reconciliations Prepare month end journals and reconciliations including the accrual of income and costs 2+ Years experience in a similar role Ensuring information is accurately and logically filed for organisational records Building positive working relationships and supporting the organisation to achieve its objective You Will Be: Experience in Accounts Payable or Bookkeeping Strong Microsoft skills: Excel, Word, Powerpoint A demonstrated ability to work efficiently towards tight deadlines Experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable environment ideally in a medium to large business.
