Description
The Accounts Payable Assistant will report to the Finance Manager, duties will include but will not be limited to the full end to end processing of purchase invoices, processing payments, performing supplier statement and bank reconciliations, handling supplier queries and assisting in month end processes.
Profile
To be considered for this role, candidates must:
- Have previous experience of performing the duties listed above - Essential
- Have previous Accounts Payable experience - Essential
- Be able to use V Lookups and Pivot Tables - Essential
