Financial Controller:

This position is responsible for several critical functions which have common responsibilities of:

 Maintain the accounting and financial control function, including oversight of third party administrators, to the highest level of quality and control
 Preparation of financial statements and Annual Report for the Trust and its subsidiaries
 Preparation of finance and portfolio information for Board and Management meetings
In addition, there are the following responsibilities related to the various facets of the role.
Financial control
 Oversee the operations of the fund administrators
 Managing the processes that underpin the reporting cycle - including but not limited to financial accounting analysis, management fees modelling, cash ledger, purchase ledger and reconciliations
 Managing the funds treasury and tax positions to ensure the effective management of risk
 Enhance the processes and controls to reflect best practice
Statutory Reporting
 Preparation and audit of the Trust's Interim and Year End financial statements and subsidiary financial statements under IFRS
 Assessment and application of all new accounting standards
 Preparation of financial data for inclusion into shareholder and analyst presentations
 Supporting the preparation of Board papers
 Other ad hoc financial and fund analysis as required

Annual Performance Expectations
Deliver timely and accurate:
 Financial control processes
 Quarterly Board reporting
 Cash and tax management
 Year-end and interim financial reporting
 Liaising with auditors and regulators
 Preparation of shareholder presentations
