Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Quarterly
• Review the quarterly consolidation and net asset value calculation under IFRS, relevant GAAP and INREV principles by providing key information in a timely manner to the external service provider and assisting with the review process
• Review of quarterly finance packs prepared by external service providers
• Provision of financial information to internal and external clients and assistance in preparing quarterly fund board and investor reporting
• Participate in the production of Quarterly investment reports to investors
• Attendance at quarterly board meetings when required
Yearly
• Leading the year-end audit process
• Support with the preparation, review and filing of annual statutory financial statements under IFRS/ relevant GAAP
• Supervise the preparation and filing of annual statutory financial statements
Ongoing
• Liaising with property managers and third party debt providers to ensure timely, quality financial deliverables and covenants adhered to
• Assist the Transaction Structuring and portfolio management teams when required
• To provide the Depositary, from time to time, with information that they require on the Fund to meet their obligations
• To develop strong relationships and interact with our external service providers (auditors, local external service providers, depositary, legal advisors)
• Day to day accounting tasks including AP management (coding invoices and cash management)
• Provide support to the Head of Finance, Company Secretary and other team members
• Provide external service providers with intercompany loan documentation to review calculation and booking of intercompany transactions and settlement of quarterly interest and balances.
• Be responsible for the Tax and VAT compliance
Technical Skills & Qualifications Required
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of IFRS
• Strong IT systems skills, including MRI (or similar)
