Investor Services Analyst, Transfer Agency Oversight
Our client is a global asset manager with a highly reputable brand many aspire to work for. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Investor Services Analyst to join this global but boutique asset management firm requiring Transfer Agency Oversight experience.
Joining our clients Global Fund Services team, your funds knowledge of UCITs and non UCITs structures across multiple domiciles such as Ireland, Luxembourg, Australia, Canada and Cayman will be utilised. Proven interpersonal and communication skills are required to foster and maintain strong relationships with outsourced Transfer Agency partners as well as ensuring compliance and robust controls are in place.
Acting as first point of contact for client queries, you will be knowledgeable around client acceptance, dealing, transfers, account closings, client reporting and servicing. You will also support the Global Client Relationship & Client Servicing groups with the on-boarding of clients requiring prior experience determining trading and clearing methods as well as reporting and account set up requirements.
Additional tasks (but not limited to) will include monitoring fund shareholder activity, launching new funds and share classes, as well as supporting the firm's mutual fund business.
