Fund Valuations Oversight, Assistant Manager

Our client is a leading global asset manager and is hugely respected in the industry. A new opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Fund Valuations Oversight Analyst looking to take the step up to Assistant Manager to join a highly experienced technical Third Party Administration Oversight team.

In this role you will assist the Team Manager responsible for overseeing and controlling fund services and data delivered by TPAs and suppliers performed by the Fund Oversight team.

To work in this varied and technical Valuations Oversight role, you will be experienced in overseeing fund valuations provided by 3 third party administrators (TPAs) ensuring that all TPAs provide a high quality fund accounting service specifically focusing on the NAV and price production functions.

The fund range is domiciled globally and comprises of hedge, retail and Investment trust products covering 173 funds, with 1000 share classes. In this role you will develop and maintain strong working relationships with TPAs ensuring delivery as per the agreed service legal agreement as well as interact extensively with internal teams such as Distribution, Client Services and Product Development requiring strong communication skills.

The role remit is truly varied and technical which will appeal to experienced Fund Valuations Oversight specialists coming from either an asset manager or third party administrator. It is also an opportunity take a more senior role supporting the team manager.

To be considered, candidates will be degree educated, have a good knowledge of ETD & OTC derivative instruments as well as Equities, Fixed Income and FX asset classes.
