Employee Benefits - Leader

Partnered with a wealth management firm in London who are looking to grow their employee benefits offering. The purpose of the role is to proactively develop new corporate clients, day to day oversight of the team and P&L responsibility. You will be expected to generate and negotiate new relationships and opportunities from your own network, referrals and the wealth arm of the business.

The role would suit someone who is looking for a challenge, division is in its embryonic stages and will allow to successful applicant to work with the board to shape the direction of the employee benefits offering moving forward.

Role

• New business targets to grow the book of corporate clients
• Oversight of 4 employee benefits individuals
• P&L responsibility
• Working with the senior management team to ensure business objectives are achieved
• Partner with the marketing team to organise a number of EB specific events to generate new leads and referrals
• Attend industry events to represent to support new business generation
• identify opportunities to cross sell and promote other services, such as advice in the workplace
• Develop and maintain relationships with the team

Person:

• Have a broad understanding of a variety of products - Pension, group risk and PMI
• Proven experience winning new business within the SME space
• Experience of achieving/exceeding financial targets
• Confident in presenting to large group
• Experience in dealing with senior individuals
