Overview:
Huxley is currently working with a leading brokerage that is on the lookout for a Country Manager. If you have experience within FX trading this could be perfect for you.
Title: Country Manager
Reporting to: Group CEO
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:
Overall operational management of cross-functional teams including creative and client service
Ensuring the achievement of monthly productivity, growth and client retention goals
Meet or exceed all country sales and revenue targets
Handle employee relations and staffing-related matters
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing company clients
Experience:
Minimum 5 years' experience in advising and dealing in FX to retail and wholesale clients
Strong knowledge of FX trading and Derivatives
Excellent command of both English and Arabic
Excellent relationships in the Financial Services space
