Responsibilities:
- Advice on the branches tax issues and ensure the branch's compliance with local tax policies
- To review and ensure timely and accurate submission of internal financial , tax returns and regulatory reports;
- To review proposals for new products or unusual transactions booked in the branch, focused on the financial accounting and tax treatment
- Financial planning and control in collaboration with Regional Finance and branch management;
- To review and approve payments to vendors and staff;
- To coordinate audits from external auditor and tax agent;
- Advice on finance related issues in the branches ALCO
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance and Accounting preferred
- Working in a finance function for at least 8 years, experience in banking sector preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Good verbal communication skills in English
- Customer focus
