Part time Payoll Adminsitrator  Location :City Centre  Hours: 20 hour per week flexible  Salary:€ 18970 +Pension/health +benifets  The Payroll administrator is responsible for general administration duties and ensures the production of relevant reports and checks and will assist the HR Services Delivery Manager processing the monthly payroll for over 1,400 employees. Essential Duties Key Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for general administration duties and ensures the production of relevant reports and checks. Escalates errors and breaches to next level and other relevant persons. Assist with the accurate and timely end to end processing of the monthly payroll Administration of Starters, Leavers and Ad hoc Changes Administration of employee benefits to include club subscriptions , professional fees, company pension and healthcare schemes Point of contact for employee queries CSO Reporting ROS Administration Payroll presentation to new hires as part of Induction Assist with annual audit queries Knowledge, Education & Experience: Previous payroll administration experience (min 2 years) IPASS Qualified essential Previous experience of Megapay system an advantage Essential Skills & Abilities: Strong communication skills with an ability to deal with all levels in a confident and professional manner. Excellent attention to detail required. Focused and organised Excellent working knowledge of Excel and other MS Office products Must have an understanding of all aspects of Payroll
