Temporary Back Office Assistant- €11.70 per hour, Leopardstown Business Park, Dublin 18
Working as a part of a busy team in our client's mail/scanning area. Main tasks will involve sorting, processing, preparing and scanning incoming client's documents as well as dealing with incoming and outgoing internal and external post. Main responsibilities: Sort, prepare and scan internal documents and mail for client according to strict deadlines and targets. Provide highest level of customer care, assisting with queries both face to face and over the telephone/email. Delivery of stationery/mail to client's departments. Participate in team meetings/projects/sharing the best practices. Undertake support tasks as seen appropriate by the Manager, for example - distribution, stock take, archiving, enveloping etc. Preferred Candidate Requirements: Very good verbal and written communication skills / effective listening skills. Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks to ensure timely completion of all aspects of the job. Appreciation of 'urgency' to enable to successfully meet deadlines and targets. High attention to detail. The ability to demonstrate initiative and drive, pro-active. Very good organisational skills. Excellent customer service skills. Have a ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities. Team player. PC skills - good knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook. Reliable. Flexible. Experience in document scanning and mail handling would be an advantage.
