Our client is urgently looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator for an immediate start to assist their busy accounts department.   Duties include:   ·        Assisting with the preparation of accounts and financial statements ·        Setting up and Preparation of files and templates ·        Arranging management meetings & keeping minutes ·        Responsible for the control of all key holding and supplier database ·        Ensuring all files are archived regularly and called upon during audit reviews ·        Accurate time recording and perform other duties to support the business unit as and when required ·        Daily banking, lodgements and updating the accounts system     The ideal candidate will have the following:   ·        Minimum 2 years' accounts administrative experience ·        Excellent MS Excel experience ·        Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills ·        Motivated and driven to work independently   If this role is of interest to you, please apply with your updated CV for immediate consideration
