Billing administrator required for a Translation company based in Dublin City Centre.  We are a Translation company providing services to some of the largest global companies throughout Europe. We are happy to welcome applicants who are organised and perfectonists in the workplace.  The desired candidate should be self motivated, target driven and have some knowledge and experience of "Sage Line 50" accountancy package and relevant computer programmes. The accounts admin team is supervised by the Financial Controller and the Operations Manager. Description of duties and responsibilities: • Prepare and send invoices to debtors • Check and process any queries regarding invoicing • New ideas for the department • Responsible for all sales invoices filing and archiving • Train all accounts staff in changes to pricing or invoicing systems • Answer phones and deal with clients queries Personal Requirements: • Aptitude for figures  • Well organised  • Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative • Able to meet deadlines  • Good communication skills  • Flexible attitude to work • Ability to work to targets No Agencies please!
