Finance & Admin Manager Location: Turkeyen Reports To (Title): General Manager / CEO Department: Finance Job Summary: Responsible for managing Finance & Admin staff at MT Guyana Responsibilities/Job outline/Skills: Liaising with Trinidad Head Office Capable of setting-up electronic accounting system and training staff in its use ( QB would be an advantage) Completes/Review all Reconciliations on a monthly basis and sign off. Implement a monthly close out process - for review with HO Implement a timetable  - for review with HO Implements annual Budget and Forecast Explanations of variances from budget on a monthly basis Good competency in use of Office. Will need to travel from time to time Cash flow Management Produce monthly cash flow report Check cash deposit slips and cash daily for cash deposits Arrange "pick-up" of cash on a daily basis. Check cash floats periodically and verify with Accounts Capex monitoring and reporting Liaise with auditors on annual audit Complete all tax returns VAT, Corporation., Property, NI, PAYE etc. Ensure all relevant statutory documents are produced and filed on time. Assist GM/CEO in formulating strategy and putting into action. Responsible for HR and IT departments Responsible for Stationery and milk, coffee, water, tea etc. on site Review and sign off all journals Any other duties as require by the GM/CEO or HO Requirements: ACCA qualified At least 5 year experience in Senior Finance role Experience of producing Management Accounts and Financial Statements to strict deadlines. Advanced excel skills - Look Ups; Pivot Tables; IF statements; Sum IF etc. **Only applicants from Guyana will be accepted.
