My client, an international accounting firm, is now looking for audit manager / senior manager in their Beijing offices, expatriates with extensive audit experience and Chinese language skill will be considered for the role.
You will have a chance to work with audit clients from all over the world, mainly in manufacturing, retails, logistics, IT industries. Will have a chance to engage in M&A transaction services projects as well. Big 4 audit experience is a big advantage for the role. For senior manager candidate, you will have a chance to be promoted to partner in 3 years.
As Manager/Senior Manager, you will:
· Managing a team or assisting the engagement partner in carrying out quality audit and other assurance services to international clients in different industries
· Managing all aspects of audit engagements including planning, administration, staff scheduling, staff coaching, execution and closely monitoring engagement progress to ensure pre-agreed deadlines and milestones are met
· Provide coaching and training to junior team members
· Contribute to developing, growing and maintaining relationships with clients
· Participate in major client pursuits, including proposals preparation and presentations
Experience

- Qualified accountant with at least 5 years audit experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin
- CPA/ACCA qualified
- Strong analytical skill and high commitment to quality client service
- Mature and self-motivated
