I am working with a Leading Financial Organisation who are looking for a Lead BA/ BA Manager to join a high performing team within their Business Banking division.
You will be leading a team of 8+ Business Analysts whilst also being responsible in ensuring the delivery of multiple projects across the division.
You will be supporting the teams transition from Waterfall to Agile.
The role of the Business Analyst Manager is integral to the development of the growing team with your responsibilities seeing you being responsible for -
Leading / training / upskilling / growing the team
Ensuring the priority of tasks
Ensuring business needs are supported accordingly
Working with Stakeholders to identify impacts
Building / maintaining / developing relationships with stakeholders & internal teams
