I am pleased to be partnering with one the UK's leading distributing businesses based in Portbury who are looking to recruit a Payroll Support Administrator. As a business they strive on being supportive, proactive and a happy environment for their colleagues. This position is great for someone who wants to work for a larger organisation within a smaller team.

The role of Payroll Administrator will involve someone being able to reconcile the P&L & balance sheets as well as running costing files & balancing the General Ledger Accounts.

Someone who is willing to learn & has an interest in Payroll / Finance would be great for this role.

Description

Key responsibilities:

  • System administration support of their system, including upgrades and testing
  • Ad - hoc administrative tasks
  • SAP HR to Payroll interface processing and administration.
  • Payroll data uploads and support.
  • Cognos report writing and development.
  • Project support & Clockwise T&A administration
  • Pension administration, uploads and payment
  • Third party payments and GL reconciliation
  • Costings interface into SAP

Profile

The successful candidate:

  • Experience of ResourceLink Payroll system
  • Payroll experience
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Financial awareness of P/L and balance sheets.
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and be hands on.
  • Efficient and work to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • ResourceLink knowledge and skills
  • Previous experience of SAP HCM Payroll interface
  • Understanding of relevant general HR and Payroll legislation in the UK
  • Cognos reporting skills
