Job Responsibilities:

As an Admin you will be reporting to Finance Manager and will assist with the following:

  • Tracking and maintaining monthly sales report
  • Collecting and maintaining projects financial data and update (New products)
  • Collect market submission financial data and consolidate
  • Ad-hoc data collection and reporting - Ad-hoc requirement when we have visitors, and projects
  • Update Innovation templates - Excel template (Exchange rate, hurdles)

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:

  • Degree or Diploma holder with 1-4 years of experience in administration or working in finance admin role before
  • Detail oriented and enjoy working with a lot of data
  • Good software skills in Excel (V-Lookup, H-Lookup, pivot table etc)
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
