Our Client, a Top-tier Global Bank is looking to add a Secretary into their team. This is a 1 year Contract.

Secretary Position Summary:

Providing secretarial support include scheduling of meetings, conference calls, conferences and company visits which for overseas trip involve travel booking (Flights/Hotels/Ground transport/Visa) and meeting materials. Other tasks are updating data spreadsheets (Excel), preparing materials for presentations/discussions/meetings (Power-point), keeping meetings/travel record, keeping the investment team function in order, assist bosses in expenses reimbursement, insurance claim and any other ad-hoc requirements when needed, providing back up when other secretary is absent. Willing to assist personal trip/ad-hoc matters.

Principal duties:
1. Coordinating meetings and conference calls.
Booking of meeting room. Record meetings/conference calls/business trip (Meeting itinerary)
2. Travel arrangement
Flight and hotel booking, ground transportation arrangement, visa application, sometimes may include personal trips.
3. Administrative support
Filing, printing and distribution of reports/presentation, expenses & insurance reimbursement, entertainment and leave records, and other miscellaneous.
4. Data spreadsheet / presentation
As and when needed.

Preferred

-Relevant Secretarial experience in the Banking sector.
