Our client, a well-established Insurance Brokerage in South Dublin, are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Personal Lines Executive to join their team. This is the ideal role for an APA or CIP qualified professional with a passion for delivering great service. The ideal candidate will have 2 years' experience in Insurance Sales with knowledge of RELAY software and will ideally come from a Brokerage background.   Responsibilities:   Sales, Renewals and Mid-Term Adjustments Ability to sell effectively over the phone. Maintaining the highest Compliance Standards. Delivery of excellent customer service. Answering sales and service calls in an efficient & friendly manner. Delivery against assign daily/weekly sales targets. Managing your time effectively and prioritising tasks where necessary.   Requirements:   2 years or more Insurance Sales Experience. Knowledge of Relay necessary. Expereince working in a Brokerage. An APA or CIP qualification necessary. Strong administration and IT skills. Proactive with excellent communication skills. Excellent organisational skills. Focused on attention to detail. Ability to work in a busy team environment and to meet strict deadlines. Experience in cross-selling and upselling. A positive and enthusiastic attitude and the ability to work on your own initiative
