Finance assistant - 6 month Full Time Contract We are seeking to recruit a Finance Assistant on a 6 month full time contract to take up a key role within the office of a dynamic and busy staffing promotions company. Reporting to the Head of Operations in Ireland, the Finance Assistant will play a key operational role in producing reliable financial information and meeting strict deadlines. Key responsibilities include: Payroll, Sales inputting and reporting, reconciliation of cash account, Bank account postings and reconciliation, assisting with the month end process and reporting, assist with the production of weekly and monthly accounts. This is a varied role where you will be part of a small office team, under the day to day management of the Head of Ireland Operations and reporting to the Head of Finance based in the UK. The ideal candidate will have: Experience in processing a high volume monthly payroll environment Experience in SAGE is an advantage but not required Experience with Payroll Software systems is desirable, including Merit Payroll Effective communication and attention to detail Advanced Excel and MS Office knowledge Enthusiastic and professional attitude
