Business Development Manager - Car Financing (Manager/AVP)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Help the unit to build new relationship and manage existing relationship with car distributor, used car dealers and credit agent network with the objective of increasing our car financing sales volume and market share
- Monitor the market and review competitors' actions, activities and business model. Work closely with product to develop loan packages to counter the competition.
Reporting:
- Direct reporting to Head Business Development - Car Financing

Qualifications
Requirements:
- University or Polytechnic graduate
- A people's person with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess initiative, drive, able to work independently, but notwithstanding, can also be a team player
- Able to operate effectively under pressure to meet sales target
- Some conversational Hokkien skill will be helpful
