Regulatory Reporting Assistant - Retail Banking Permanent - Full Time My client - a leading retail bank have an immediate vacancy for a Regulatory reporting Assistant to join their Financial Reporting team. The role will report directly to the Regulatory Reporting Manager. This is a great opportunity for a part-qualified accountant with previous financial reporting experience to break into the banking industry. There is a competitive salary on offer for the successful candidate.   Responsibilities: •                    Main responsibility is for the timely production of supervisory and statistical bank returns. •                    Perform analytical review of key movements in reported positions. •                    Ensure that regulatory returns are reconciled with underlying source systems. •                    Assist in maximisation of the use of existing and newly introduced technologies. •                    Contribution to the achievement of faster close targets. •                    Work with colleagues across the business to ensure the uses of key balance sheet resources are fully optimised.   Requirements: •                    Part - Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA ) •                    Broad knowledge of the banking sector. •                    Previous experience in a financial reporting role within financial services •                    Knowledge of regulatory requirements is a distinct advantage. •                    Use of reporting software   If you are interested in this role please send a CV in confidence to Ailbhe Lynch (apply through the link provided) or contact me on 016377015 to discuss further.
