My client - a leading Investment Manager have a requirement for a Senior Transfer Agency Administrator to join their team. Based in Dublin city centre you will actively participate in the day-to-day operations of the team and its workload, ensuring all deadlines are met in an accurate and timely manner. You will be responsible for the end to end processes including KYC/AML, Regulatory & Control Reporting, Cash and Dealing. There will be a requirement for cover on a late shift which supports the US markets business 1 day per week. A strong shift allowance will be paid in light of this. Initially this position will be on a 12 month contract however there will be scope for permanency.     Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with internal and external contacts managing high levels of communication. Account opening - ensure all documentation is received and compliant with AML regulations. Cash management, ensure cash reconciliation items are investigated and resolved. Daily management of activity within the team by allocating and monitoring pending items Handle escalated issues and process related query resolutions in timely manner. Ad hoc project work - assisting in Fund launches, system enhancements and various projects as required.       Requirements: Previous experience in a client servicing role ideally with knowledge of the financial and Transfer Agency space. Ability to work on own initiative, self-motivated and open to change. Strong sense of ownership with ability to work on challenging and complex issues. Proven people management skills with high productivity level while working under pressure. Committed and professional with strong customer service orientation IT literate with proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel, also Word and PowerPoint).           The salary for this role is negotiable depending on experience.   Non E.U.
