Junior Accounts Payable Specialist

My client is a large Motor Dealership based in West Dublin. They are now looking for a junior Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team.   Have you one plus years plus work experience ideally in an office administration environment or similar or maybe you have accounts payable or similar experience? Have you very good attention to detail, can take direction and learn quickly and want to work in a friendly but very busy finance team?  Are you friendly, enthusiastic and have good communication skills? Local public transport available and parking also available. Salary: €22K - €25K, depending on experience Hours: Full time, permanent position. Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm (Might be flexible) Location: West Dublin. Job role: Become familiar with all aspects of the Accounts Payable processes Scan and upload invoices Learn and assist AP team to effectively resolve escalated Accounts Payable issues Learn to work with invoice payment runs. Learn to investigate and resolving rejected payments and cash receipts in bank reconciliations. Follow up on AP related issues and assist team to revolve them Assist team with reconciliation of creditor accounts Learn to manage Bank and supplier reconciliations Follow up with customers and supplier queries.
