Part time position in Dublin 6 with great transport links, and parking. Small bookkeeping/payroll company which is growing and in need of additional staff. The role would be suitable to someone who is looking for part time work who has experience in practice or a busy accounting role. It may also suit someone who is looking to get back to work after a break. Knowledge of sage L50 and Micropay is essential.    Immediate start Duties / Responsibilities: Bookkeeping, payroll and management accounts for a variety of clients and industries Processing payrolls Accounts Payable / Receivable Liaising with clients ROS Experience, VAT/Intrastat/VIES and Moss experience RCT Knowledge Processing invoices Strong IT Skills   Requirements:  3 - 5 years solid book keeping experience Experience in reconciling control accounts (Debt-ors/Creditors/Bank/accruals/prepayments) Ability to produce accounts to trial balance. IATI qualified Sage Line 50/sage One and Sage MicroPay experience essential Excellent communication skills Ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines. Practice experience Sage line 50 financial accountant package - use of multiply currencies/ stock / raising of pur-chase/sales orders / invoicing through sage (the rest would be a given - reconcile creditors, debtors, bank etc.) Knowledge of sage cloud accounts Payroll/micropay experience Compile Management accounts and present to client Ability to take control of a portfolio of clients - liaise directly with clients both by e phone and attending their offices Prepare file for audit and liaise with auditors on queries and enter post audit journals to rec-oncile back to signed accounts In dept. knowledge of VAT - covering the following - MOSS, Interstat, VIES
