Key Duties and Responsibilities Job Description Working as part of a wider finance team, this role will have the following responsibilities:  Looking after and managing supplier accounts Creditor reconciliation Multiple branch document management Journal postings / Posting to ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics) Allocating purchase order against invoices Process and checking EURO, STG & USD payment runs Completing bank reconciliations Accruals and intercompany reconciliations Other ad hoc duties To be considered for this position, applicants will meet the following requirements: Key Skills: 3-4 years' experience in a senior accounts payable role. Solid accounting knowledge gained formally or informally particularly in the payables area, full understanding of accruals & prepayments. Strong attention to detail Excellent organisational and administrative skills Good communication skills - both internal and external Ability to lead and work as part of a team Ability to work well under pressure Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel Please note only candidates that match the minimum job requirements above will be contacted for this role.
