Finance Business Partner
Serve as a key member of the FP&A Team and is responsible for supporting the annual planning and rolling forecast cycles for the business and providing analysis, insight and direction on the business performance against those plans.

Partnering with the senior functional leaders to support accurate modelling and presentation of the annual business plans, through scheduled review and challenge of their plans, with a focus on growth, productivity and efficiency.
Analyses current expenditure trends to identify risks and opportunities and reports on material differences to budget/forecast plan. Ensuring accurate and timely forecast updates in accordance with the planning timetables.
P&L & Cost control
Providing meaningful and action oriented monthly P&L variance analysis to country/function leaders. Highlighting material structural cost concerns and making recommendations for mitigating action.
Approval of recruitment requests to ensure that country/functional leaders stay within their overall headcount cost envelope.
Approval of other PO requests to ensure quality of coding is correct and that items are within budget.
Bookings & Revenue
Month end analysis of bookings and revenue to identify reasons for variances to budget/forecast/prior year and the impact to outlook on future performance.
Creating insightful and actionable bookings and pipeline reporting for the senior leadership team that help drive the business to deliver the best possible results.
Building relationships with all stakeholders both internal (to the team) and external, fostering the culture of open relationships and of playing the role of key Business Partner
Degree Educated in a Finance related field
Qualified Accountant with a recognised professional accounting body (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
3-5 years previous experience in an FP&A role, with demonstrable evidence of progression in level of responsibility - at least 2 years PQE.
Experience of having worked in a complex matrix business
Very strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build relationships and partner at the senior leadership level
£55,000 - £65,000 + Bonus
