Financial Management Manager (Corporate Planning & Budgeting)

Responsibilities

Support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning of the Bank's Financial Markets segment (FM), which includes treasury and banking book businesses
Conduct regular revenue and cost analysis for FM and its business units
Prepare corresponding reports for the Bank's senior management
Knowledge of bank-related regulatory standards such as BASEL, IFRS 9, NSFR, etc
Monitor the Key Performance Index (KPI) of FM business units and provide support during the annual review / re-weighting exercise
Undertake ad hoc assignments

Requirements

Degree holder or above with major in Accounting, Finance, Business or related disciplines
Professional qualification in CPA / CMA / CIMA / CFA /CFP / AHKIB preferred
Minimum 5 years working experience in audit / management reporting / cost control / financial planning and budgeting related experience in banking field
Good understanding in banking operation will be an advantage
Excellent report writing skills in both Chinese and English
Fluent in spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
Solid knowledge in financial analysis, forecasting and financial modeling
With strong analytical skills and critical mindset, capable of examining and analyzing financial and management information with business acumen
Self-motivated, creative and able to work under pressure
Good interpersonal and communication skills
PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese word processing skills is a must
