An exciting opportunity has arisen at Two Fifty Square for someone looking to work in a fast paced environment. We are recruiting a Bookkeeper / HR Administrator on a part time basis (approx four days per week) to join our growing business located in Dublin 6. You will be working within a fun, friendly and busy team, and will be eager to learn more about the business. Bookkeeping Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Identifying and resolving invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues Creditors, Debtors and Bank Reconciliation Monthly management accounts & producing all financial reports Ensuring that sales are recorded accurately adhering to strict month end deadline Wages & Human Resources Recording Employee Hours Processing all weekly Wages & Salaries Employee Contracts Holidays Recording Implementation of Company Employment Policy  Tax Compliance, Filing & CRO VAT Return PAYE Returns Employee Registration CRO Filing & Returns  Key Skills:   3 years' experience in a similar role Experience in QuickBooks, Xero and Thesaurus Payroll preferred but not essential Good knowledge of Word & Excel and generating reports Excellent communication and problem solving abilities Ability to achieve timely deadlines Conscientious with a 'can-do' attitude
