Page are proud to represent this Large Law firm in London with a Part time Legal Credit Controller role. This law firm has been growing for a number of years and now have the opportunity for one person to join them for 4 days a week.

Description

The main responsibilities are:

• Liaising between the partners and fee earners
• Chasing debt via phone and email
• Provide billing support during busy periods
• Provide support with the E-billing process
• Payment processing
• Updating the firm's credit control system (ARCS) with actions, reminders, follow up notes etc.
• Working with the accountancy team effectively

• Confidence and the ability to place pressure tactfully on individuals and companies who owe money

• Past exposure in a legal collections environment
