Billings and Finance Assistant
Fantastic opportunity to work for a national organisation within the Automotive industry, based in Hatfield. The company are currently looking for an Billings and Finance Assistant to start in October on a 13 month Fixed Term Contract covering maternity.
The client are a market leader within the Automotive sector, with Head Offices based in Hatfield.
As an Billings and Finance Assistant, your key responsibilities will be:
- Inputting invoice details onto an Accounting system
- Ensuring prices charged are correct and any adjustments have been made
- Raising invoices
- Dispatching monthly supplier statements
- Credit control duties
- Allocation of cash
- Handling customer queries
- Bank reconciliations
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience in a similar role - BILLINGS ESSENTIAL
- Have strong excel skills (pivot tables and vlookups)
- Be able to work well within a team
- Have experience with Reconciliations
- Be able to start in October and available to interview immediately
