AM/ Manager - Group Financial Risk
- Develop the Group Risk Appetite Statement for approval by the Board to establish the risk appetite and ensure that risks across the Group are managed within the risk appetite set by Board;
- Quantify and assess the impact of stress scenarios on internal economic capital and liquidity requirements. Coordinate the collation and analysis of the overall group stress test results;
- Support group wide initiatives relating to earnings analysis and capital optimization. This includes participation in IFRS17 development, RBC 2 review and IAIS quantitative field testing;
- Recommend capital, investment and new business product limits for approval by Board Risk Management Committee and Group Asset-Liability Committee to manage financial risks, and ensure that these limits are complied with; and
- Manage a team responsible for the documentation, implementation and communication of all Financial Risk Management related Frameworks, Policies and Guidelines, and to ensure proper compliance of these frameworks, policies and guidelines for the Group.
