  • Manage relationship / main POC with SBP officials as and when required
  • Prepare correspondence for the coordination with SBP with respect to Regulatory matters
  • Maintenance of MIS along with effective follow-ups for the compliance issues of SBP Inspection Reports, External Auditors Report or Qualified Security Assessor etc.
  • Deal with all external Regulatory Entities for Payment Services.
  • Interact and communicate with Internal relevant departments  for Compliance issues related to PSO / PSP and other related Regulations, Rules and Policies.
  • Inform all the Stake Holders about relevant Compliance subjects, such as:
  • Significant developments and/or changes / amendments in rules, regulations of Payment System Departments of State Bank of Pakistan.
  • Significant internal developments from a compliance perspective which may impact the business or a specific business line
  • Prepare presentations and updates for SBP/Company
  • Educating or informing staff on Compliance matters
  • Review all the newly developed or revised policies, processes, manuals and agreements being prepared by other departments in order to provide feedback with respect to Compliance with both the internal policies, laws, regulations and best practices requirements
